Dark Victory - USA (1939) black and white, directed by Edmund Goulding, from a play by George Emerson Brewer Jr. and Bertram Bloch. An heiress socialite (Bette Davis) comes to a rude awakening after a terminal illness diagnosis from her doctor (George Brent) with whom she falls in love. Also stars Humphrey Bogart, Geraldine Fitzgerald, and Ronald Reagan as Davis's good times, party circuit pal.
