Ewing Family of Tumors Musculoskeletal CancerRare tumors that share similar features, but some are in the bone and some in the soft tissue. They have the same abnormalities in their DNA and have similar proteins that are rarely found in other types of cancers. They also believe these 3 cancers develop from the same type of normal cells in the body. The three cancers are called Ewing's sarcoma, Extraosseous (outside bone) Ewing (EOE), and Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor (PNET).
