Cystic Hygroma Congenital Anomalies Cardiovascular DisordersCystic Hygroma: ( Lymphangioma) : lymph - "clear type fluid", angio - "mas", oma - "tumour" is a very rare condition, it can range in its severity, it is a benign growth which is often congenital ( this means "present at birth" ) and probably results from faulty development of the Lymphatic system during the development stages of the unborn baby. More than half of all the cases affect the head, neck region and can extend to the chest and armpit, it can also occur elsewhere in the body.
