Fibromyalgia Connective Tissue Musculoskeletal Disorders
Fibromyalgia is a widespread musculoskeletal pain and fatigue disorder. Fibromyalgia means pain in the muscles, ligaments and tendons which is typically aggravated by inactivity or exposure to cold. There is significant overlap between fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. It is most frequent in females aged 20 to 50 years.
