County Connector Inter Construction and Planning
County Connector
The Inter-County Connector, or ICC, is a proposed expressway in central Maryland which would link Interstate 270 in Rockville, Montgomery County with Interstate 95 in Laurel, Prince Georges County. Although provisons for the link exist in the regional Master Plan, opponents including environmental and neighborhood groups have stymied the start of construction along the original alignment.
