Tetun Central Polynesian Malayo Austronesian Natural Languages Linguistics
Tetun or Tetum is a Central Malayo-Polynesian member of the Austronesian language family spoken primarily in East Timor. It is the official language of East Timor. Many words have been borrowed from Portuguese.
