Renewable Energy Technology

Renewable

Several renewable energy technologies harness the sun's energy for human use (directly via solar technologies, indirectly via wind energy or biomass technologies, or even more indirectly via water power). Ocean tides are another source of renewable energy. Geothermal energy is also sometimes classified as renewable energy, but is listed separately because some geothermal sources CAN be depleted.
