Avalon Series Bradley, Marion Zimmer Authors Fantasy
Marion Zimmer Bradley is probably best know for her Arthurian Avalon novels. The late seventies saw the release of The Mists of Avalon, a tale shown through the eyes of the women closed to the renowned English king, Arthur. Bradley's view on the myth and legend was very different from previous version and as such has received much acclaim and am important literary Arthurian work. Within the last ten years Bradley has followed the success of The Mists of Avalon with two more historical novels set before the Arthurian time period. These are The Forest House and
