Backsliders Bands and Artists Music
Five-piece alternative country group from Raleigh, North Carolina, US. They formed in 1994, and released their debut EP, From Raleigh, NC, two years later on Mammoth Records. The group consists of Chip Robinson, Steve Howell, Brad Rice, Danny Kurtz, and Jeff Dennis. Their debut album, Throwin' Rocks at the Moon, was hailed as the "the best country record of the year." by Mojo magazine.
