Bronco Westerns Action and Adventure Programs

The continuing adventures of former Confederate Army Captain Bronco Layne, as he traveled throughout the American West after the Civil War, were followed in Bronco. Ty Hardin starred as the title character. Bronco was broadcast over the ABC network from 1958 until 1962. In the 1958-59 season, Bronco episodes alternated with repeat episodes of Cheyenne as part of The Cheyenne Show. Beginning in 1959, until the program's original network run ended in 1962, Bronco aired in a separate time period, which it shared with another program, Sugarfoot, and later, repeats of Cheyenne.
