Lepirudin Drugs and Medications Pharmacy


Lepirudin (brand name Refludan) is an anticoagulant drug, derived from the saliva of the leech and used in the treatment of high-risk thromboembolic patients who have heparin-induced thrombocytopenia and thus are not able to take heparin.
