Rhode Island United States North America Living History and Open Air

Collections of ancient or historic buildings, either original or reconstructed on a site or linked sites presented to the public in such a way as to increase understanding of the past located in Rhode Island.

• Slater Mill - Exhibits include a rubblestone mill, machine tools, and united states textile industry artifacts. Presents the Sylvanus Brown House, united states Historic Garden, and Wilkinson Mill. Located at Pawtucket.
• South County Museum - Consists of the Metz Building, the Carpentry Shop, north america Blacksmith rhode island Forge, Fiber Arts Center and Carriage Barn, north america and includes rhode island programs and events, directions and schedule north america located at Narragansett.
• Fort Adams - Functioned from 1824 to 1950, includes overview, tour information, history, rhode island photo gallery, maps and terminology located at Newport.
