Monty Python's Flying Circus Comedy Programmes Television
Groundbreaking late '60s / early'70s comedy, combining highly eccentric sketches with surreal animation. Written by and starring Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Jones, Michael Palin and Eric Idle, with animations supplied by Terry Gilliam. Also featuring Connie Booth and Carol Cleveland. First broadcast on BBC1 in October 1969.
