Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) - Administers four programs; Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Minority Colleges and Universities, Compliance Assistance Information, and Advisory Committees.

• Advisory Committees - Monitors and reports information on interagency and intradepartmental committees and federal interagency agreements.
• Minority Colleges and Universities - The minority colleges and universities program includes Historically executive branch Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), Hispanic Serving Institutions executive branch (HSI), and Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCU).
• Small Business Compliance Assistance (SBREFA) - Page assists small businesses in complying with rules, regulations and laws enforced by the U.S. Department of Labor. Program of the Office of Small Business Programs.
• Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization - Program relates to small, socially, and economically disadvantaged, and small women-owned businesses, and the minority bank deposit initiative.
