Fairchild AFB Installations Air Force Military
Fairchild Air Force Base is located in Spokane county, Washington, 12 miles west-southwest of Spokane. It is part of the Air Mobility Command, and was named for General Muir S. Fairchild, the Air Force vice chief of staff at the time of his death in 1950.
