Coventry Localities Vermont United States
Coventry is a town located in Orleans County, Vermont. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 1,014. The final concert of the band Phish was held in Coventry on August 14-15, 2004. The concert was the single largest gathering of people in the town's history. Due to heavy rains, many fans had to be turned back due to bad weather. Even so, with 70,000 tickets sold, Coventry's augmented population was the largest in the state's history, outranking Burlington, Vermont, which only had around 39,000 people in the 2000 census.
