Upperville Localities Virginia United States
A town located in northern Fauquier County, VA adjacent to the Blue Ridge Mountains along Rt 50 just 5 miles west of Middleburg, an hour west of Washington DC, and 20 minutes east of Winchester, VA. After the war the town cleaned up it's reputation and regained a measure of diginity with the influx of the foxhunting elite who chose to make the beautiful area beneath the Blue Ridge part of the famous "Hunt County". It still retains it's quiet elegance and gentle manners, open rolling fields and spacious thoroughbred farms even today.
