Management: Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer for $50 million asset bank. C.E.O. Mortgage Banking Corporation. Second Officer of a Service Corporation with $130 million commercial mortgages per annum. Second Officer of a bank with $50 million in assets. Administrative: Developed and budgeted a division income of 4.827 million dollars. Supervised personnel, security, new accounts, marketing new products, investments, and lending in branches of a bank having the highest growth rate in the state. While increasing bank's own portfolio, I developed and implemented the Secondary Mortgage Departments for two separate banks. Managed a $60 million bank portfolio as well as Secondary Market Operations (original portfolio $20 million). Directed staff of 67 including 14 officers. Lending: Supervised Commercial and Residential mortgage originations, processing, commitments, closings, sales and deliveries. Produced Commercial and Residential appraisals and reviewed appraisals completed by others. FHA Fee Appraiser Loan sales to FNMA, FHLMC, Insurance Companies, Banks and Savings and Loans. Supervised P.C. "Swaps". Originated SBA loans and performed as a SBA Certified Consultant. Approved FNMA and FHLMC Underwriter. Generated loan participation sales. Assigned lending line of $250,000. Largest construction/permanent loan completed - $28 million. Conceptualized and developed first FNMA Satellite program in the United States.
