Time pips and multiple CW IDs "R-W-M" at 1139 and 1209. Also heard on 14996 (weaker) but not 4996. WWV/WWVH were not heard on 10 or 15 MHz this morning, but they were heard on 5 MHz. Emailed a reception report in English and Russian along with an MP3 recording to [email protected] and [email protected], per information found at https://www.radiohobbyist.org/blog/?p=2440. An eQSL was received on 18 December 2023. It mentioned that a postal QSL was being mailed as well; it was received on 14 February 2024.
