Grand Funk Railroad G Bands and Artists
Grand Funk Railroad is a hard rock band from Flint, Michigan, formed in 1968 by guitarist and songwriter Mark Farner and drummer Don Brewer. They were joined by bassist Mel Schacher, formerly of ? and the Mysterians. Since then Grand Funk has reformed in various incarnations, the last being a reunion tour in 1997 and 1998. Since then, Mark Farner has continued with his solo career and Grand Funk Railroad has reformed with the addition of three new members.
