Grateful Dead G Bands and Artists

Grateful Dead formed in 1965 as The Warlocks, and began playing at Ken Kesey's Acid Tests. The group was influenced by many genres, including rock, country, folk and blues. Since then the group (Bill Kreutzmann, Phil Lesh, Bob Weir, Mickey Hart and various others who have joined them in the past and present) have played together as The Other Ones, and most recently as The Dead. Their Wave That Flag Summer Tour 2004 is currently touring the USA.
