Englefield, Richard Composers Composition Music
American composer Richard Englefield (1937-) learned some music at an early age before embarking upon careers in the paper industry, surveying, and high-rise construction. He ran for United States President in 1976 and for the Senate in 1982. Englefield composed his first symphony at age 55.
