Ockeghem, Johannes O Composers Composition
Ockeghem, Johannes O Composers Composition
Ockeghem, Johannes
Johannes Ockeghem (c. 1410-1497) is variously accounted to be French or Flemish. This is understandable, due to the changing boundaries in Europe. Among other positions, he was premier chaplain to three French kings. He is most noted for the seeming complexity of his masses.
