Before that she had played some minor guest parts in TV. Her famous characters include Blair in "Less Than Zero" (1987), Dr. Melissa Reeves in "Twister" (1995), Dr. Nina Pomerantz in TV series "ER" (1997), and Kat in "Lip Service" (2001).
