Of particular importance is to note that this category should contain sites that do business primarily in many regions or on a global basis. Sites for local real estate agents/brokers should be submitted to the appropriate Business: Real Estate: Regional subcategory, even if they contain real estate property listings. Most states already have a subcategory for Directories and Guides. Most people will look for real estate agent sites by locality served.
