Message Boards Historical Roleplaying

In historical roleplaying, the players attempt to recreate an era in human history, taking on roles and engaging in actions that would be appropriate to that era. Although the characters are not necessarily anybody famous, an attempt is made to stick to the historical facts: technology levels, beliefs, and the laws of physics. On messages boards, the roleplaying is done by taking turns posting messages describing the characters' actions.

Colonial Warfare - Strategic roleplaying scenario set in the 1790s. Players are national leaders, who must try to lead their country to dominance, through military and diplomatic measures.
Viking Homeland - Viking roleplay centered on 1014AD in the Nordic Region ruled by the Solig family.
