Meridian 59 Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying

Meridian 59 is widely considered to be the first Massively Multiplayer Online game. Originally released by 3DO, it shut down in 2000. Several of the original developers created Near Death Studios and resurrected in it 2002.
