Kava

Kava-kava, or simply kava, is a popular herbal treatment for anxiety and insomnia. Native to the islands of the South Pacific, kava-kava is made from the pepper plant Piper methysticum. This plant is also sometimes called asava pepper or intoxicating pepper.
