Solar Keratosis Skin Disorders Conditions and Diseases

Also known as actinic keratosis or "sun spots", this is a very common condition caused by exposure to the sun. It usually develops many years after the exposure, and if untreated, a small percentage will go on to become true cancer. If detected early enough, it is usually easily treated without the need for surgery.
