This category covers the period of conflict from 1774 to 1783. It includes civilian reenactors, provided that a relationship to the War for Independence other than time frame is established. These impressionists may be representative of any country involved in the original conflict, so long as they strive for authenticity. Also found here are directories and information on getting started. Sites devoted to military units are urged to submit to the relevant subcategory. These include fife and drum corps, militias, Army, Navy or Marine-type military units.
