This category is for the West Midlands Metropolitan Area, which is a ceremonial county comprising the regions covered by seven metropolitan councils: Birmingham Coventry Dudley (including Stourbridge and Halesowen) Sandwell (including West Bromwich) Solihull Walsall Wolverhampton The metropolitan area should not be confused with the West Midlands Region. The latter comprises the counties of Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire, together with the West Midlands Metropolitan area.
