The borough consists of the town of Crawley made up of the toen centre plus the following residential neighborhoods:- Bewbush, Broadfield, Furnace Green, Gossops Green, Ifield, Langley Green, Maidenbower, Northgate, Pound Hill, Southgate, Three Bridges, Tilgate, and West Green. In addition the borough includes Gatwick Airport and surrounding area, the Manor Royal industrial estate, and Worth village. It should be noted that the land between Gatwick Airport and the built up area of Crawley contain a number of distinct settlements.Places in the northern parts of the borough may still retain their Surrey postcodes and addresses, being identified as part of Horley.
