Bone Wars History PaleontologyIn the mid-nineteenth century a nearly-complete dinosaur skeleton was found in New Jersey. This sparked interest in the search for dinosaur bones and two men, Edward Drinker Cope and Othniel Charles Marsh, began a vicious competition to see who could make the most significant discoveries.
