National Collegiate Cycling Association
Founded in 1987, the National Collegiate Cycling Association (NCCA) is a standing committee of the not-for-profit organization, USA Cycling. The association annually determines team and individual national champions and pursues a leadership role internationally to foster collegiate bicycle racing.
