Gilder, Nick

Nick Gilder was born in England and moved to Canada at age 10. He co-founded the glam rock band Sweeney Todd and was the lead singer until 1977, when he left to begin a solo career. Gilder's biggest hit was the 1978 platinum single Hot Child in the City.
