Leh Districts Jammu and Kashmir IndiaLadakh is the north-eastern part of Jammu and Kashmir. Leh, at 9,500 feet above sea level, is its capital. This land of high passes marks the boundary between the peaks of the western Himalaya and the vast Tibetan plateau.
