Obsidian Fleet Play-By-E-Mail Star Trek Television and Movies
The star Loki is located on the edge of the Federation/Romulan Neutral Zone. It's location makes it a prime place for Federation and Romulan activities. Loki has but one habitable planet, Obsidian, and it was here, in 2376, that Obsidian Fleet was formed. Obsidian Fleet serves a number of purposes. Obsidian's very locale makes it the perfect place to stop Borg attacks on Federation and Romulan space. It also acts as a stepping-stone for exploration towards and into the Delta Quadrant.
